Who we are
Coremind Hub provides software engineering, AI and automation, and hosting services. For privacy questions or requests, email coremindhub@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, service interest, message, and (where shown) company, project name, technology stack, or public repository URL. If you buy student hosting, our payment processor provides purchase identifiers, payment status, billing email, plan, and billing period. Both student plans renew by card. We store a recurring payment token identifier; the processor stores and processes card details. We also store an encrypted subscription management credential and short-lived hashed email verification tokens so you can securely access recurring billing controls. Project name, stack, repository URL, hosting status, and deployment URL are stored to provide and support the hosting service. If you provide application environment variables in paid onboarding, we encrypt their values while the deployment is queued, send them to Coolify for deployment, then remove the encrypted queue copy. They are not included in inquiry emails. Coolify stores and manages the variables for the deployed app. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to respond to requests. For paid hosting, we verify payment, prepare and operate the requested deployment, maintain subscription and service status, send service and renewal notices, and investigate payment disputes or failed deployments. Cookie preference information is used to remember and honor your choices. Analytics and advertising tags run only when enabled in your cookie settings and configured.
Service providers and transfers
A third-party processor handles checkout and recurring card payments. Resend delivers inquiry and service emails. Coolify manages hosting deployments and the application environment variables you submit for deployment. For private-repository hosting, GitHub processes the GitHub App installation and authorization; we use short-lived access tokens to confirm that the selected repository is authorized, and Coolify uses the installation-scoped GitHub App source to deploy it. We do not store those short-lived user access tokens. A Google Sheet may be used as an operational service ledger. If enabled and consented to, Google Analytics 4 may process analytics data and Google Ads may process advertising measurement data. These providers may process information outside Malaysia under their own terms and safeguards.
Code and data privacy
You retain 100% copyright and ownership of your application's source code. We do not read, copy, or appropriate your project or business logic. We only monitor infrastructure metrics (CPU, RAM, storage) and network traffic logs to prevent server crashes. We do not monitor the internal contents of your databases unless explicit written permission is provided for technical support. Payments are securely processed by a third-party payment processor without storing full credit card details on our servers.
Retention and security
Contact and hosting service information is retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required for legal or financial records. The payment processor retains payment records under its own terms and legal obligations. Cookie preferences are stored in a first-party cookie for up to 12 months. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information; no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, objection to, or portability of your personal data. Email coremindhub@gmail.com to make a request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
